Joe Faisant has over 35 years of experience in a variety of accounting and finance roles. After 4 years of public accounting experience at KPMG in Cincinnati, he moved into the private sector. He has extensive finance experience in manufacturing, home improvement, real estate development, and property management at a variety of companies. The most visible company where Joe has lent his financial talent is Champion Window, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2013 and oversaw the sale of Champion Window to a Public Equity Investor in 2007. Joe has been a Fairfield resident since 1992 and has 3 adult sons who grew up in Fairfield and have moved on to companies in the energy sector. Joe connected with board members Jed Hartings and David Smith several years ago and joined the board of Cincinnati Classical Academy where he volunteered for several years and fell in love with the mission of our school. He left his board position to take on a more substantive role and provide hands-on financial direction, financial process improvement, and help with the continue growth of our school.
