Miss Sophia Sharpshair had the privilege of being born and raised in Cincinnati. She is a recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati where she received her associate’s degree in early childhood education. Miss Sharpshair’s love for teaching and caring for children was instilled in her earliest years. Being the fourth of twelve children has provided the true building blocks of her understanding and love for children and the essence of their unique and vital formation. While her family has been most inspirational in her love of teaching, she has always had a passion for caring and supporting others in their needs. Miss Sharpshair understands the significance of the early developmental years and the importance of providing children with a nourishing, loving, and firm foundation. This belief has been the pinnacle of her approach and mindset as an educator. She looks forward to using this understanding to support the teachers in their initiatives and goals.
